Terms and Conditions for The Highland Hideout
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or the required deposit as specified at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit or debit card or via AfterPay.
1.3. Final Payment: The final balance is due at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Guest Cancellation:

3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. Check-in Time: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
3.2. Check-out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee.
4. House Rules
4.1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas only.
4.2. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
4.3. Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed without prior written consent from the owner.
4.4. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is 5. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1. Property Condition: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as upon arrival. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
5.2. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from [specify time, e.g., 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM] to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
5.3. Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property, including locking all doors and windows when leaving. Exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell are installed for safety.
6. Liability
6.1. Personal Property: The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests' personal property.
6.2. Injury: The owner is not responsible for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs on the property during the rental period.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
8. Acceptance
By making a booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, cancellation of your booking, or eviction from the property.
